New ventilation assignment for Assemblin at Stockholm’s Sturekvarteret quarter
Assemblin Ventilation has signed a contract with Peab regarding the installation of ventilation systems as part of the comprehensive renovation and remodelling of parts of the Sturekvarteret quarter in central Stockholm. The project is ambitious in terms of sustainability and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
Extended cooling framework agreement for three ice rinks in Huddinge
Through a new framework agreement, Assemblin Ventilation’s cooling operations in Stockholm have secured renewed trust from the Municipality of Huddinge for service, maintenance and troubleshooting at three indoor ice rinks. The assignment is subject to a ceiling volume of SEK 20 million and applies over a two-year period with the possibility of a further two-year extension.

Abbedissan
Situated in the heart of Malmö is Vasakronan’s award-winning property Abbedissan (the Abbess), a climate-smart office building that received the City of Malmö’s environmental building award, Gröna Lansen (the Green Lance) in 2021. In its motivation for the award, the jury highlighted in particular the property’s climate-smart energy solution. The building is environmentally certified in accordance with LEED, level Platinum.
NKT
NKT’s factory in Karlskrona is one of the world’s largest facilities for the production of submarine cables. The factory, which is operated using 100-percent green electricity, has expanded its production with, among other things, a new tower, the “NKT Lighthouse”, which with its height of 150 metres above ground is Sweden’s third highest.
ESS
ESS in Lund is one of the world’s most advanced research facilities, unique in its kind. Here, Assemblin has, among other things, designed and installed power systems, electrical systems (including in the 537 meter long accelerator tunnel), ventilation, fire alarms, communication systems and laid high-voltage cables.
